WHERE CAN I GET MY WRISTBAND?
You can get your wirstband for the Full Festivalpass, (SUPER) EARLY BIRD PASS, the 3-DAY-PASS, 2-DAY-PASSES and DAY-PASS at the Infopoints.
DO I GET A WRISTBAND WITH A SINGLE TICKET?
No. You just show your ticket at the entrance of the venue.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Please contact https://dice.fm/refund for possible refunds.
DOES MY FULL/3-DAY/2-DAY/ DAY-PASS GUARANTEE ME ENTRY INTO THE VENUES?
Since venue capacities vary greatly, some venues may not have enough space for everyone, so it pays to be there early and get in line. But we calculated the ticket ammounts carefully, so if you are in time, access should be possible.

CAN I BRING MY KID TO THE CONCERT WITH ME?
It depends on the policy of the venue. Please check the Jugendschutzrule of each venue before you bring your child to the concert.

Public parking only - public transport is recommended.

FILMING & PHOTOGRAPHY:
Filming and photography is permitted everywhere - but please treat your surrounding with respect.
SAFE SPACE:
Together we want to create a space that is as free from discrimination as possible, based on solidarity, where everyone feels welcome and respected - all participants are responsible for this. We do not tolerate any form of harassment, sexism, homophobia, racism or any other form of discrimination and reserve the right to exclude individuals from the event if they display such behaviour. We expect all participants to abide by the rules.
If you want to take a photo/video of participants and post it, please ask for permission. Not everyone wants to be depicted on the internet, and once something is uploaded, it remains searchable forever.
Look out for each other: If you feel threatened, harassed, or uncomfortable, please notify staff at the entrance or the bar. Also, if you see that someone else needs help, ask the affected person directly, and don't leave it to "others" to take action. You do not need to explain or justify your experience or observation. If necessary, the team will be happy to take the necessary steps and/or support you or the harassed person, so that all attendees can have a safe and enjoyable event.
